Due to the nature of 3 Eggs Design digital products and downloads, all purchases are final and are non-refundable unless artwork has not commenced on our 'customised' range which 3 Eggs Design edit the files for you.

We send all our packages with Australia Post, so you can rest assured that your items are in good hands! All orders are dispatched within 2 working days by standard post, and depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order in 3-6 business days.

Before clicking that final button to complete the checkout, please check your address again to see if everything's in order. We have no way of knowing if you've moved or if the address is wrong – make sure that all the details are right, so you can get your package on time!

If your event is quickly approaching, please don't wait until a few days before the big day to place an order. 3 Eggs Design is not responsible for packages arriving late if your order is completed last-minute or if you don't choose an adequate shipping method. International Shipping
Yes, we do ship across the world! The delivery times can vary from country to country, but it usually takes from 8 to 14 days for your package to arrive safely to your address. For more peace of mind, you can also request postage with a tracking number, available at extra cost. Get in touch with us to find out more!

Local Taxes And Fees
Please remember that your package's postage does not include custom fees, taxes or other costs that you may be required to pay in your home country. 3 Eggs Design is not responsible for delays at your customs or postal office. Once the package enters your country, any delivery issue is out of our control.

Refunds And Cancelled Orders
We always strive for perfection, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact us and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your face.

You can easily cancel your order if we haven't shipped it yet – send us a message as soon as possible and we'll send you a refund! If the package is already on its way to you, you can send it back to us in its original condition. Just remember to send it in its original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase. We'll refund your order, minus shipping costs, and we'll process your refund in the method of payment you used to order the items.

Please remember that only our regular priced items are eligible for refunds and sale items can't be refunded.

Damaged Packages
We always make sure that our products are packaged perfectly, but we have no control over the package once it's out of our hands. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please send us a message as soon as possible. We'll get in touch with Australia Post to find out what happened; they may request a photo of the package.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately, sometimes packages get lost in the mail or simply reach a wrong address. Get in touch with us with your order info and we'll ask Australia Post to look into it (applicable to parcels with tracking number only). We can't refund lost items, but you can upgrade your shipping method before ordering - you'll sleep better at night!
